Litigation Legal Secretary - North County San Diego (Up to $110,000 DOE)

A well-established law firm in North County San Diego is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled, organized, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation practice and takes pride in providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys.
- Manage, track, and maintain accurate court calendaring, including all statutory and court-ordered deadlines.
- Prepare, revise, and proofread a wide range of litigation documents, including:
- Pleadings
- Motions
- Discovery requests and responses
- Correspondence
- Coordinate state and federal court filings (electronic and physical) while ensuring strict compliance with all applicable rules.
- Assist with corporate counsel work as needed, including drafting and formatting documents.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, client meetings, and trial logistics.
- Maintain well-organized electronic and physical case files with exceptional attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a litigation legal secretary (required).
- Demonstrated, working knowledge of civil procedure, court rules, and litigation deadlines-litigation firm experience alone is not sufficient.
- Proficiency with legal software platforms, document management systems, and electronic filing systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits
